“Mothers Are The First Educators Of Mankind” Abdu’l Baha
One thing all mothers have in common is their vital role in teaching their children the compassion, humanity, and essential life skills required to thrive once they are old enough to attend school. However, in the Zambian communities we serve, both women and girls have limited access to education. It is our goal to ignite change and empower women and children by building a rural school. This will provide to those who will benefit the most from the life-changing opportunities that come with education.
A Night Of Culture To Support The Ladies We Serve
Our event is welcome to all. It is a night of culture to be enjoyed by the Atlanta community which is currently home to the largest Zambian population anywhere outside of Zambia. Guests will enjoy a night of fun including authentic Zambian food, music, entertainment, and fashion. There will also be a silent auction with a mix of African and local art and goods.

Driving Change Without Loss
A struggle all cultures face is how to continually evolve without losing the customs and traditions that make their community unique. However, the resistance to change must never be built upon the oppression of women. Our approach to empowerment is to take a holistic approach where advancement is offered without compromising the positive components of Zambian culture.
